JOSY GIRL has a SLEEPOVER!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSY! Josy went from wanting a Cowboy party to an Indian party. Then she decided that she wanted to have a princess party and then a Karate party. SO~~~~~she decided to go with a Kitty party!!!! GUESS where I got the cake????? I MADE IT!!! YES, I MADE IT!!!!!! Thank you Sarah for the encouragement! I can not believe how much fun it was! Josy really enjoyed helping me! She said "Oh mommy, it is the PURRRRFECT Cake!!" Her favorite cake is red velvet so this is a red velvet cake. While I was pouring it into the cake pans she made the observation that it was the same color as when God turned the water into blood. I was so blessed to hear that even at a young age she is being sensitive to the spirit at work.

We had hot dogs,chips,and fruit for dinner.

Daddy worked his heart out preparing for this party! He did a great job planning the activities! The girls had such a good time! DADDY YOU ROCK!!!

Look at the special surprise Josy received at school today from Mamaw

and Papaw! She was soooo excited!For Josy's 1st birthday I had a "Happy Birthday Josy" banner made. Each year we have her put her hand and feet prints on it. It is so neat to see how much she has grown!

Here is daddy and Sophie making a scavenger map for her party. Last but not least is the BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement that Josy made herself. She picked the "flowers" and said she needed a vase for them. She said they would be perfect for her party! So CUTE and she just cracks me up!

Grandparents Day at School

Mamaw and Papaw made it back from the beach in time to be at the school for the Grandparents Celebration. They picked up Josy and Miranda and took them to school. The grandparents were treated to a special breakfast and then they got to see the kids sing.

Daddy did not bring mommy a hula skirt! So don't get scared! I did however get a beautiful windchime! Johnathan got a T-Shirt and hat. If you have not noticed~~~ I do not have many pictures of Johnathan. That is because he really...and I mean really does not like his picture made.

A new "career"????

So...... Mr. Johnathan would like to hang up his sandwich making hat and go to work for an auto parts store here in town. He has applied and hopefully he will be getting a call real soon. He is not to much of a "CULINARY CHEF" so the job he has now is not cutting it. His passion is to work on things and he is REALLY GOOD at it too. ;)

Such Independence!

This is the first time I have allowed her to pour her own drink! Just another SMALL milestone that I want to remember. Oh.....that is really juice in that SPRITE bottle! Not! Go ahead and nominate me for the mother of the year award!!! LOL!!!!!

JOEY comes for a visit!!!!!

Papaw and Mamaw went to a wedding at the Beach and we kept their "baby". He was really good. Josy had a great time playing in the yard with him. Sophie on the other hand was quite upset. She went and hid in the bedroom the WHOLE WEEKEND!!! Josy LOVED playing with him and he LOVED running around with her!! We did however have a hard time getting him to come back into the house! So we made a little visit to Wal-Mart and bought him a collar and leash! One morning Josy put his leash on and was going to take him for a walk! She is a REALLY GOOD helper!!! We notice them out the window and she was riding her tractor and holding onto the leash!!!! He was running and keeping up with her! UGH! POOR dog! I bet he wishes he was pouting and under the bed with Sophie!
