Melee's baby shower!
Isn't this cake soooo cute? It matched the napkins! The shower was amazing. Pat and Brooke Wilhoit hosted the event. It was catered by PF Chang's. Yes, Chinese food. It was so cool since both of my girls came from China. Pat always knows how to throw a party and believe me this was no exception. It was soooo nice to spend this day anticipating the arrival of our new baby with family and friends.

My Bubba and Me!!!
Andi sang "God Bless the Broken Rd.that led me to you" by Rascal Flatts. I know this is a song that is meant to be for a lover, but it reminds me of the path that led me to my girls. Many broken dreams that I didn't understand. But now I understand.....it was all for a reason. God had something very special in mind for our family. He knew he was going to allow me to be a mommy to the most beautiful little Asian girls in the world. I am so glad God has allowed me this journey.

The first of MANY matching"sister outfits" from Mamaw Sherrie!!!
Today was a day I will cherish in my memories FOREVER! Thank you Pat for this very special day and all the planning you put into it! You are tooooo good to me!!!! I am BLESSED to have so many dear friends that care so much for me and my family. They weep when I weep and rejoice when I rejoice. Isn't friends one of the greatest gifts that God gives us? I sure think so.

Down On The Farm!!!!
This year is the first year I have had a garden in years. Josy is such an outdoor girl she couldn't wait to get started. She was so cute hauling the plants in her John Deere. She wanted to plant all of our food, including potato chips!!! She thought she could grow potato chips and candy. I love the innocence of children.
Hard at work!!!
I took this picture so one day she can look back and remember. The reason being..... I have a picture of me when I was her age taken in the front yard next to a small tree. That small tree is one of the massive shade trees in our front yard today. Just history and memories....call me a sentimentalist........

At the Dentist!!!
Johnathan will have to have a tooth inplant. We were watching a video about the procedure. He will have to wait at least 3 months due to all the trauma from the accident. Turns out the Land Rover that they were in was totalled. Thank you Lord for your protection on these boys!!!
if he even has a front tooth.

A COLLISION~AGAIN!!!!!
We were on our way back from the beach when we got the call every parent dreads. Johnathan had been involved in a wreck. When he called his dad on the cell phone, we were just a few miles away. God's timing is ALWAYS perfect!!! We were able to reach him before the ambulance. He and his buddy, Lee, were on their way to our house. Johnathan had opened the sunroof and it changed the wind flow in the vehicle. A taco bell bag blew in front of Lees face. He took out a ditch (A COUPLE OF TIMES). Luckily, the boys were not hurt too bad. Johnathan had one of his teeth knocked out. Yes, It was a front tooth. He is a real Genuine Redneck now!! It did cut his ear pretty bad. He had to have stitches. It will be a long time before I leave John Boy alone again for the weekend!!!
At the Emergency Room waiting to see the doctor.
His poor ear! I took this picture so he could see what it looked like.
